Scope

An organization-wide AI enablement programme, from first needs analysis to measured adoption. The brief was not a one-off training: leadership wanted a shared, governed foundation for how the whole organization works with AI, and evidence that it landed.

I owned the programme end to end — needs analysis, curriculum concept, format design, content authoring and the measurement instrument behind it.

Approach

Needs analysis across functions to identify where AI would realistically change daily work, rather than where it sounded impressive.
A curriculum concept and format architecture built for reuse: shared foundations for everyone, deeper tracks only where the role justified them.
Modules authored and co-authored with the client's own stakeholders, covering prompting fundamentals, agentic AI, AI guardrails and responsible use.
A field feedback and assessment instrument that measured behaviour and confidence, not just completion rates.

Outcome

The programme reached 98% of its defined targets across both quantitative and qualitative KPIs — moving an entire organization from AI curiosity to a shared, governed foundation, with the evidence to prove it.
