My own team — the first client

Scope

Restructuring and reorganizing the content production team, then rebuilding how it works: new processes, new tooling, and a shift to agile sprint delivery.

The goal was to prove AI adoption in our own daily work before proposing any of it to a client.

Approach

AI-assisted authoring and design embedded into the standard production workflow.
Automated document pipelines and localization governance to remove manual rework.
Reusable team skills that encode workflows, so knowledge stops living in one person's head.
People developed from executing individual tasks to owning whole workflows end to end.

Outcome

A team shipping faster and more consistently — with AI adoption proven in our own daily work before it was ever proposed to a client.
