Scope

C-level events, masterclasses and networking formats built to engage sponsors and partners around executive education.

Earlier in my career, training programmes and workshops for diplomats, government officials, NGOs and academic networks across Europe and at the UN.

Approach

Format design tuned to senior, sceptical, time-poor audiences: short, substantive, and worth leaving the office for.
Programme content developed with practitioners and academics, then edited hard for relevance.
Stakeholder coordination across institutions, sponsors, funders and speakers with very different agendas.
Communication channels and networks maintained between events, not just during.

Outcome

Fifteen years of designing formats that senior, sceptical, time-poor audiences actually choose to attend.
